摘要
目的探讨急诊护理风险的原因及护理风险管理的实践与成效。方法 2010年实施急诊护理风险管理,制定相应的防范措施,加强护理风险监控,提高护理人员的风险意识,加强护患沟通,强化急诊意识,加强急救技能培训,并与2009年比较病人满意度以及实施风险管理前后对纠正护理安全隐患、发生护理差错、护理缺陷、护理投诉调查比较。结果实施急诊护理风险管理后,病人满意度和护理质量与护理风险管理前比较,差异显著有统计学意义(p<0.01),病人满意度提高,纠正护理安全隐患增多,护理差错、护理缺陷、护理投诉减少。结论急诊护理风险管理能确保急诊护理质量安全。
Objective To explore the causes inducing nursing risk in emergency department,and discuss the practice and effect on nursing risk management. Methods Implemented the emergency nursing risk management in 2010,established the relevant preventive measures,enhanced nursing risk control,made the paramedics raise their risk consciousness,enhance the nurse-patient communication,reinforced the emergency consciousness,intensified the first aid training,and then compared the patient satisfaction with that in 2009,also compared the effect on correcting the security hidden danger in nursing,and the effect on decreasing the nursing error,nursing defect,and nursing complaint. Results After the implementation of emergency nursing risk management,both the patient satisfaction and nursing quality had increased with statistical significance compared with that before,(both p0.01),the patient satisfaction had improved,the security hidden danger in nursing had corrected,and the nursing error,nursing defect and nursing complaint were all decreased. Conclusion The emergency nursing risk management can ensure the safety of emergency nursing quality.
