摘要 目的:利用正交试验设计研究桑叶总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:以煎煮时间和加水量为考察因素,以总生物碱含量为评价指标,采用正交试验优选最佳水煎煮提取工艺条件。结果:优选的最佳提取工艺为用12倍量水煎煮1h。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定、可行,提取得到桑叶总生物碱含量高。 Objective : To study the best extraction technology of total alkaloids from mulberry leaves by orthogonal design. Method :The extraction technology of total alkaloids from mulberry leaves was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the extraction time and the amount of solvent as factors and with the content of total alkaloids as index. Result:The optimum extraction condition was that the materials were extracted for 1 hour with 12 times amout of water. Conclusion: The technology after optimization had a good stability, the yield of total alkaloids was high, and the method was easy to be operated.
