Innovative management is the dynamic force that promotes the development of enterprise. Since 1990s, we have entered into an age of intellectual economy, in which enterprises are required for introducing innovative ideas to their management system and adopting modern operational mechanism. In this period of social change, enterprise culture has become the base of existence, the motive force of development, the code of behavior and the guarantee of success for enterprises. In the process of establishing an excellent enterprise culture, enterprises should cultivate their staff according to the norm of market economy and help them set up correct outlook on value. Enterprises should also build up their social reputation by using CI strategy and establish their own culture characterized by high quality, high standard and high pay off, so as to present a new look of modern enterprise.
