摘要
本文研究了在聚硅酸盐絮凝剂中选用不同的金属阳离子和酸根阴离子对甘蔗混合汁澄清效果的优劣并确定最佳的絮凝剂摩尔比组成以及最佳组成絮凝剂在不同用量、硫熏强度、pH值条件下对甘蔗混合汁清净效率的影响。结果表明,采用聚硅酸盐絮凝剂(以下简称PSAZ)比传统的磷酸-亚硫酸法澄清工艺的清净效率有较大的提高。
This paper describes the study of the Clarification efficiency of the polysilicate flocculants (PSAZ) on the cane mixed juice by selecting various metallic cations and acid radical anions in the polysilicate. Best mol ratio of polysilicate is decided and by using optimum constituent of polysilicate the effects of various dosage, pH value and sulfitation strength on the clarification of cane mixed juuce are investigated. The experimental results show that the clarification efficiency of PSAZ-sulphitation process has a lot of improvement as compared to the traditional phospho-sulphitation process.
