本文探讨了McAb对HFRSV感染小白鼠乳鼠的保护作用。结果表明B_9株McAb对HFRSV野鼠型毒株有较强的保护作用,F_3株和H_(11)株McAb的保护作用较弱,H_7株和B_(11)株McAb无保护作用,而数株McAb混合保护作用会明显加强。
A panel of 5 murine monoclonal antibodies (McAbS) directed against hemorrhagic fever with renal syndromes virus (HFRSV) were evaluated for activities to protect suckling mice from HFRSV Challenge. The results demonstrated that B9 F3 and H11 of the 5 McAbs studied could passively protect mice against lethal intracere bral HFRSV- Chen Callenge with a 4.5 0.5 and 0.667 of prote- ction indexes respectively and the remains of H7 and B11 McAbs were not protective activities, but when F3 was mixed with H7 or B11, its protect- ion indexes increased from 0.5 to 4 or 3.375 resp- ectively.
