摘要
他汀类药物在冠心病的治疗中的地位已得到广泛认可,强化他汀治疗也已得到肯定的疗效。但强化他汀治疗在不同人种间是否存在差异,对中国人是否适合尚属未知。在此从他汀类药物代谢的种族差异、他汀类药物在亚洲人群中的药动学及临床研究证据、中国人与欧美人群的血脂异常现状的比较等方面进行阐述。得出结论:他汀类药物的代谢存在种族差异,应根据中国人群的他汀类药物代谢的特点和血脂异常的特点,在血脂达标的前提下采用较小剂量的他汀治疗。
The effect of statin therapy as well as intensive statin therapy in the coronary heart disease is widely recognized.However,it is still unknown if there are differences between various races of intensive statin therapy and if intensive statin therapy is proper for Chinese people.Here is to present race differences of statins metabolism,pharmacokinetics and clinical research proof of statins in Asians and comparison of abnormality of blood lipid between Chinese and occidental people.A conclusion is drawn that there are racial differences of statins metabolism.It is necessary for Chinese people to take a smaller dose of statins in the premise of appropriate blood lipid level.
