摘要
职业价值观是个人对职业的价值判断,对职业生活起关键性的指导作用,不仅直接决定择业行为,而且决定工作态度和工作积极性。作为高层次的研究生,他们仍受传统性别文化的影响,职业价值观存在性别差异。笔者以医学院校研究生为研究对象,调查其职业价值观,从女性学视角对其进行分析,探索可行性路径促进女研究生就业和价值实现。
Employment value is the individuals' judgment on value of an occupation,which plays critical role in professional life,directly determines career behavior,and affects work attitudes and enthusiasim. Under the influence of traditional gender culture ,there still is gender difference of the employment value of highly educated postgraduates. From the feminist perspective, the article investigated the employment value of female postgraduates of medical university, explored the possible pathway to promote vocational values then realize the hfe value of the female postgraduates.
