摘要
教学任务是医学院校教学医院临床教师的主要工作之一。当前,临床教师的教学意识不强是教学医院普遍存在的现象,影响着医学人才培养的质量和水平。本文分析了教学意识的构成,影响教学意识的因素,并对提高教学医院临床教师教学意识的途径进行了探讨。
Teaching is one of the main tasks for teaching hospitals attached to medical universities. However, a lack of teaching awareness at teaching hospitals has become a common phenomenon and this has negatively influenced the quality and level of education available for medical talent cultivation. This ar- ticle analyzes the factors that have an impact on teaching awareness from the perspective of its formation. Methods to improve teaching awareness are discussed in the article as well.
