摘要 目的:研究雌激素受体亚型α和β(ERα和ERβ)在肥大乳房乳腺组织中和正常体积乳房乳腺组织中的表达,探讨其在乳房肥大发病机制中的作用和意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学EnVi si on二步法,测定38例肥大乳房和17例正常体积乳房中ERα和ERβ的表达情况。结果:ERα在肥大乳房和正常体积乳房中的阳性表达率分别为97.37%和76.47%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ERβ在肥大乳房和正常体积乳房中的阳性表达率分别为89.47%和100%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳房肥大的发生可能与乳腺组织中ERα含量升高有关,与ERβ无明显相关性。 Objective To detect the expression of the estrogen receptor (ER) isoforms (ERα and ERβ)in the mammary gland of the hypertrophic breast and the normal voluminal breast,so that their function and significance in the pathogenesis of breast hypertrophy can be investigated. Methods The breast tissue samples were obtained,including hypertrophic breast tissue(38 cases) and normal voluminal breast tissue(17 cases).They were detected by the EnVision twostep method immunohistochemistry for the expression of ERα and ERβ. Results The positive expression rate of ERa in the hypertrophic breast was 97.37%,while 76.47% in the normal voluminal breast,showing a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). The positive expression rates of ERβ in the hypertrophic breast and normal voluminal breast were 89.47% and 100% ,and showing no significant difference between them (P〉O.05). Conclusions The development of hypertrophic breast may be related to the excessive expression of ERa in the breast tissue,while the relationship between the hypertrophic breast and ER[5 may be not obvious.
