乳腺正常、癌周和癌组织中ER mRNA表达一致性及其临床意义的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨同一患者乳腺正常、癌周和癌组织中,ERmRNA表达的一致性,以及对内分泌治疗效果的意义。方法⑴87例乳腺癌患者,分别于患侧乳房的正常、癌周和癌组织取材;⑵使用RNA原位核酸杂交技术检测各种组织的ERmRNA阳性表达率。结果⑴同一患者患侧的乳腺正常、癌周和癌组织,三者阳性表达率分别为41.4%(36/87),59.8%(52/87)和56.3%(49/87)。三者同为阳性表达者为31.0%(27/87),其与上述三数值相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);⑵癌周和癌组织同为阳性表达者为52.9%(46/87);⑶正常和癌组织同为阳性表达、正常和癌周组织同为阳性表达分别为34.5%(30/87)为和37.9%(33/87),与⑵项值相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论⑴乳腺正常、癌周和癌组织阳性表达的不一致性,可能是影响内分泌治疗效果的因素之一;⑵增加除癌组织以外的癌周组织,甚至乳腺正常组织的ER状态了解,可能会有助于内分泌治疗的正确实施及更客观判断预后。 Objective To investigate the effect of hormone therapy by detecting the ER mRNA concordance expression in the same patient' s normal breast tissue, tissue near the breast carcinoma and carcinoma tissue. Methods (1) In 87 cases of breast cancer patients, sampling normal breast tissue, tissue near the breast carcinoma and carcinoma tissue from the same patient' diseased breast; (2)Using RNA nucleic acid hybridization in situ to detect ER mRNA positive rate in their specimen. Results (1)The positive rate was 41.4% (36/87), 59.8% (52/87) and 56.3% (49/87) in the diseased breast of same patient' s normal breast tissue, tissue near the breast carcinoma and carcinoma tissue. (2) 52.9% cases' carcinoma tissue and tissue near the breast carcinoma were ER mRNA positive expression at the same time. (3)31.0% (27/ 87) of total cases whose three kinds of tissue were all positive expression, compared to former three figures respectively, the difference among them were all obvious (P〈(0.05). Conclusion (1)The imcompatibility of ER mRNA positive expression in normal breast tissue, tissue near the breast carcinoma and carcinoma tissue is probably one of the factors which influence the effect of hormone therapy. (2)except carcinoma tissue, getting more message about ER condition in tissue near the breast carcinoma even normal breast tissue may help to put hormone therapy to practice more exactly and judge the prognosis more objectively.
