摘要
在非经济管理专业《企业管理》课程中采用ERP沙盘模拟教学,加强实践教学环节,改善目前《企业管理》课程的授课现状,是一种有益的尝试。ERP沙盘模拟教学在一个模拟的企业经营场景中,融合了会计学、管理学、市场营销、财务管理、人力资源管理、物流管理、供应链管理、战略管理等多门管理类相关课程的知识。要想达到预期的教学效果,关键在于理论与实践部分的有机结合,在于教师对沙盘模拟教学的组织和掌控。
It is a valuable trial to use ERP sand table simulation teaching for enterprise management courses in noneconomic management programs, which enhances practical teaching and improves the current situation of enterprise management courses. ERP sand table simulatian teaching is a dynamic combination of many com＇ses in a simulated business environment, including accounting, management, marketing, financial management, human resource management, logistics management, supply chain management and strategy management. To achieve an expected outcome, the integration of theory and practice is the key as well as the organization and control from teachers.
