基于MCU控制的1.5kVA正弦波逆变器设计

摘要 研制了基于PIC16F819 MCU的1.5 kVA高频链数字控制逆变电源,给出了系统设计电路图及软件主要设计流程图。试验结果表明,设计的逆变电源输出电压质量好、单位功率密度大、可靠性高和谐波畸变率小于2.5%,效率可以达到89%以上,适用于对输出波形质量要求较高的场合。 1.5 kVA off-grid sine inverter with a high-frequency link based on PICI 6F819 was presented, there were system eircuit and software design. Experimental results show that the inverter has a stable output voltage with an efficiency over 89% , big power density,high reliability and small THD. It was very suitable to be used because of need high quality output voltage.
