摘要
阐述了高压静电除尘的基本原理,设计了以数字信号处理器TMS320F 240为控制核心,采用模糊控制算法来调节电极两端的输出电压的高频开关电源;详细说明了模糊控制算法在产生触发SPWM波形中的作用.最后给出了系统的软件设计流程图.该方案在环保除尘方面得到了很好的应用.
The fundamental theory of high voltage electrostatic dust precipitation is introduced in the paper, with describes the whole structure drawing of high frequency switched power supply of fuzzy controller based on DSP TMS320F240;the fuzzy controller realizes the optimization of controlled arithmetic and produces the spwm wave for adjusting the output voltage,The paper finally lays out the flow chart of system software. The system applied well in environment protection dust collector.
