摘要
本工作把醋酸纤维素溶解于丙酮-甲酰胺混合溶剂中,随后制成膜。探讨了醋酸纤维素含量、混合溶剂组成、成膜后溶剂挥发时间以及凝固浴的浓度和温度对膜的水通量、致密层的平均孔径和孔隙率的影响,为制造具有一定性能的醋酸纤维素膜提供参考。对牛乳和乳清溶液的超滤浓缩进行了初步试探,得到一些有益的启发。
Cellulose acetate (CA) ultrafiltration membranes are made from casting solutions ob tained by dissolving CA in acetone-formamide mixed solvent. The effect of CA content composition for solvents, time of solvent prevaporation, concentration and temperature of so lidifying mediums on flux of membranes, average radius and porosity of dense layer are dis cussed, and so as to manufacture CA membranes which have some special functions. The tes for ultrafiltration and enrichment of milk and milk serum are made.
