摘要
为了研究聚丙烯腈/二醋酸(PAN/CA)复合纳米纤维膜的截滤性能,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂,将PAN/CA以质量比分别为100/0、90/10、80/20共混配制成质量分数为10%的溶液,以静电纺丝技术,制备PAN/CA复合纳米纤维膜。借助扫描电镜(SEM)及相关测试软件,测出复合纳米纤维的平均直径分布在300~400nm之间,可纺性较好;傅里叶红外(FT-IR)测试结果显示:PAN与CA在晶区是不相容的,无定区有部分分子级相容,但相容程度不高;复合纳米纤维膜的力学性能和滤菌性能测试表明:存在一个较好的PAN/CA质量比,当PAN/CA质量比为90/10时,纳米纤维膜的强伸性较好;在实验范围内,纳米纤维膜对金黄色葡萄球菌的截滤效率高达97%。
In order to study the filtration property of PAN/cellulose acetate(PAN/CA) composite nano-membrane,we took N,N dimethylacetamide(DMAC) as solvent and the blend ratio of PAN and cellulose acetate were 100/0,90/10,80/20 with the total concentration 10% by the electrospinning.The average diameter of composite nanofibers was measured and analyzed with scan electric microscope(SEM) and related software,and it showed that the average diameter was between 300~400nm with good spinnability;FT-IR spectra results showed that CA hardly had compatibility with PAN in the crystalline region,and the compatibility was low in some of the amorphous region.Through the test of mechanical properties and filter bacteria of composite nano-membranes,the results showed that there was a better condition that nano-membrane had good strength and elongation performance when the ratio of CA was 10%;Within the framework of the experiment,the filtration efficiency of nano-membranes for staphylococcus aureus were up to 97%.
