摘要
旧厂房改造模式是在城市化进程中产生的,是城市发展到一定阶段的必然产物,是城市经济发展的必然要求。以大华纱厂旧厂房改造项目为具体案例,叙述了基于旧厂房改造的盈利模式,提出,对其管理实践和未来发展的建议和对策。
The transformation of the old factory model is the inevitable outcome generated in the process of urbanization development;it is also a necessary requirement of urban economic development.So how to help the old plant transformation obtain profit and enhance the value of growth has become an important issue.In this paper,the writer take old plant reconstruction of Dahua cotton mill for example,analyzed the profit model of plant＇s transformation,and point out some strategies for its management practices and future development.
