城市郊区三线建设大型工业遗址保护与再利用研究——基于AHP-FCE模型的测量

摘要 工业遗址保护利用在国外研究较早,但在国内的研究起步晚,发展还不够完善。目前国内虽然有很多关于工业遗址保护的评价研究,但对城市郊区的工业遗址关注较少,还没有涉及城市郊区三线建设大型工业遗址保护与再利用的研究。在总结前人研究的基础上,以C市郊区6个三线建设大型工业遗址为研究对象,运用德尔菲法结合专家意见,通过AHP-FCE模型的测量与实地调研资料的分析,研究城市郊区三线建设大型工业遗址评价体系及保护与再利用策略。研究发现:城市郊区三线建设大型工业遗址评价体系共包括2个准则层,8个因素层,16个指标层;其中物质遗产包括5个因素,10个指标,且物质遗产在评价权重中所占比例远高于非物质遗产,其中权重占比最高的是区位优势,最低的是遗产美学;非物质遗产包括3个因素,6个指标,其中最重要的是历史积淀,最不重要的是科技价值。整体模糊综合评价得分呈现了三个等级,高于85分(较好),高于80分但低于85分(合格),低于75分(不合格);准则层和因素层模糊综合评价得分,量化了各厂在物质遗产、非物质遗产和各因素中的优劣,也为提出保护与再利用建议提供了依据;测量得分与实地调研结果相一致,进一步验证了评价体系。基于上述研究结果,为更好地保护与再利用城市郊区三线建设大型工业遗址,以量化分值为基础,从遗址保护利用角度提出3个保护与再利用等级,分别为:第一等级——优先保护利用,第二等级——可保护利用,第三等级——不建议整体保护,但可部分利用。对应保护与再利用等级,结合各层级模糊综合评价得分获得的优劣提出对应的建议,分别为:齐头并进,并重物质遗产与非物质遗产的保护与再利用;取长补短、扬长避短,发挥优势因素,弥补或弱化劣势因素;舍一取一,考虑优势因素的传承发扬,放弃已不具备保护与再利用� The protection and utilization of industrial heritages were studied earlier abroad,but it started late in China,and its development is still not perfect.At present,although there are many evaluation studies on the protection of industrial heritages in China,little attention has been paid to industrial heritages in suburbs,and there is no research on the protection-reuse of large-scale industrial heritages of the three-line construction in suburbs.On the basis of summarizing previous studies,taking six large-scale industrial heritages of the three-line construction in the suburbs of C city as the research objects,using Delphi method combined with expert opinions,through the measurement of AHP-FCE model and the analysis of field investigation,this paper studies the evaluation system and protection-reuse strategies of large-scale industrial heritages of the three-line construction in the suburbs.It is found out that the evaluation system of large-scale industrial heritages of the three-line construction in suburbs includes 2 criteria layers,8 factors layers and 16indicators layers.Among them,the material heritage includes 5 factors and 10 indicators,and the proportion of material heritage in evaluation weight is much higher than that of intangible heritage,and the location advantage is the most important and the heritage aesthetics is the least important.Intangible heritage includes three factors and six indicators,of which the most important is historical accumulation and the least important is scientific and technological value.The overall fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score presents three grades,higher than 85(good),higher than 80 but lower than 85(qualified)and lower than 75(unqualified).The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation scores of criterion layer and factor layer quantify the advantages and disadvantages of each factory in material heritage,intangible heritage and various factors,and also provide a basis for putting forward suggestions for protection-reuse.The measurement scores are consistent with the field i
