摘要
为提高顶岗实习质量,切实做到为企业培养高素质技能人才的目标,本文对高职电子专业实习岗位与专业对口进行了探讨。总结出该专业以适应企业的岗位群能力培养为出发点,将学生校内的理论知识学习、专业技能训练等与企业岗位能力有机结合起来;以"企业、学生"双向选择为主线,加强和完善顶岗实习制度,规范管理过程,从而使学生实习岗位与所学专业对口。
To improve the quality of internships and to achieve the goal of high - quality skilled personnel for enterprises, this thesis probes into the integration of professional internship positions and vocational electronic pro- fessionals. It summed up that the profession should take the company＇s job base capacity -building as a starting point, the students＇ theoretical knowledge at school, professional skills training and business positions capabilities should be combined. ＇ Enterprise, students＇ two - way choice should be the main line. Colleges should strengthen and improve the post teaching training system, standardize the management process, so that the students can learn internship positions with professional counterparts.
