摘要
《职业学校学生实习管理规定》实施以来,对于规范高职院校学生实习管理工作起到了较好效果。但由于多方面原因,刑事执行专业学生在执行的过程中面临着难于操作的困境。导致刑事执行实习管理问题的原因是多元的,有制度层面的因素、也有来自行业的因素、高职院校管理的因素等。只有建立立体化的配套制度,精心遴选刑事执行专业对口的实习基地,激发行业接收高职院校学生实习的积极性,强化职业院校的责任意识,多管齐下,多方协力,才能共同构建校企协同育人的长效机制,真正提高刑事执行专业人才培养质量。
In April 2016,the Ministry of Education and five other ministries and commissions jointly issued the regulations on the administration of student internship in vocational schools.Since the implementation of this regulation,it has achieved good results in standardizing the student practice management in higher vocational colleges.However,due to various reasons,many higher vocational colleges are still facing difficult difficulties in implementing the new regulations.There are many reasons for the problems of the students in higher vocational colleges,such as the factors of the system itself,the factors of the industry enterprises,and the factors of the higher vocational colleges themselves.Only by establishing a three-dimensional supporting system,carefully selecting practice bases for professional counterparts,stimulating the enthusiasm of enterprises to receive student internships in higher vocational colleges,strengthening the sense of responsibility of vocational colleges,and multi-pronged and multi-pronged cooperation can we jointly construct a long-term mechanism for building enterprises to cooperate and educate people.To improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
