摘要
结合攀枝花学院的实际情况对应用型本科高等学校实验室队伍建设存在的问题进行分析,进而引发对实验室队伍建设的思考。力图通过实行实验室工作"承包责任制",充分调动实验室人员的积极性和主动性,探索解决实验室队伍建设严重滞后高校发展瓶颈问题的办法。
According to the actual situation of Panzhihua University,the problems of team construction of applied undergraduate laboratory are analyzed,and the related problems are discussed in this paper.By introducing to "contract responsibility system",a new laboratory management innovation pattern is proposed.A method is explored to deal with the neck bottles problems that the construction laboratory team is seriously lagging behind the development of university.The results show the method can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the laboratory personnel.
