摘要
利用单片机和传感器技术,设计了一种瓦斯检测装置。该设计以AT89C2051单片机为控制核心,用气敏传感器QM-N5检测瓦斯浓度;通过电桥测量电路把瓦斯浓度的变化转换为相应的电压信号,经放大及预调理之后送入单片机中进行数据处理,并在LED上动态显示瓦斯浓度值;一旦超过设定的瓦斯安全浓度值,单片机控制语音模块播放报警录音信号。
A kind of gas detection device was designed based on MCU and sensor technology. In the device, MCU AT89C2051 served as the control center, and gas sensor QM-N5 was used to detect gas density. In addition, electric bridge measurement circuit was applied to convert the variation of gas density into corresponding voltage signals, then which was enlarged and preprocessed and sent to MCU to process data. Finally, the value of gas density was displayed on LED. Once the value surpassed the set density value, the voice module controlled by MCU played alarm recording.
