摘要
为进一步提高矿用便携式甲烷检测报警仪(以下简称便携仪)的质量,以单片机为核心单元,采用A/D转换模块程序防抖动设计和载体催化元件的线性补偿算法;电路模块部分设计采用甲烷采集模块,语音模块,以及时钟模块电路等。重点介绍该便携仪的软硬件设计。该便携仪已取得了煤矿安全标志与防爆合格证明。
In order to improve the quality of coal mine portable carrier catalytic methane alarm detector,take single-chip Microcomputer as the core unit,uses A/D conversion module program,anti-VR(Variable Response) design and the linear compensation algorithm in carrier catalyst components.The circuit module part uses methane collecting module,voice module and clock module circuit design.The software and hardware design of this portable device is introduce in details.This portable device has been gained coal mine safe brand and flame-proof qualified certification.
