摘要
立柱腐蚀是导致液压支架失效的主要原因,在传统防腐方法的基础上,笔者研究了一种新型表面处理工艺——微弧氧化,分析求得对微弧氧化膜层性能影响的最优电参数。实践证明,在液压支架立柱防腐中微弧氧化是一种切实可行的防范措施。
Most failures of the hydraulic support are caused by corrosion of the column of the hydraulic support. Based on traditional anti-corrosion methods, the paper introduced a new-type surface treatment technique-micro-arc oxidation, and analysed the effects of electric parameters on micro-arc oxidation coating. Test results showed that the micro-arc oxidation was a new-type feasible prevention measure for anti-corrosion of the column of the hydraulic support.
