该文简述了支付制度涵义和完善支付制度的重要性;阐述了建立系统性支付制度的内容;提出了完善系统性医保支付制度,加快公立医院配套改革,密切关注并盯紧快速攀升的医疗费用,以及强化对公立医院的监督管制与费用控制机制等建议。
This paper briefly introduced the meaning of medical expense payment and the importance of perfecting it.It also elaborated systematic medical expense payment.Moreover,it suggested improving systematic medical insurance payment,speeding up public hospital supporting reform,closely paying attention to medical expense which has risen rapidly,and strengthening supervision and cost control mechanism of public hospitals.
