摘要
本文回顾了镇江医保支付制度的改革进程,阐述了医保改革与医疗改革联动的指导思想,强调了医保支付制度在维持医保基金收支平衡、引导规范诊疗服务行为、改善医疗服务质量、促进医疗资源合理配置等方面的重要作用。
Based on the retrospective analysis of the medical insurance payment reform in Zhenjiang, we proposed the guideline of linking health insurance reform with health care reform, and emphasized the important roles of medical insurance payment system in maintaining the health insurance fund balance, guiding and standardizing the behavior to seek medical services, improving medical services quality, and promoting the rational allocation of medical resources, etc.
