摘要
在强碱作用下 ,利用三氟甲基硝基氯代苯与几种近年来报道较多的活性子杂环胺缩合 ,制备了一系列新型三氟甲基化硝基苯胺衍生物 ,其结构经元素分析和1HNMR验证。初步普筛测试结果表明 :部分化合物显示出一定的杀菌活性。
A series of new trifloromethylnitroanilines were synthesized by the condensation of 4 tri floromethyl 2 nitro(or 2,6 dinitro) chlorobenzene with activity group heterocyclic amines under a strong base condition and their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis and 1 H NMR. The preliminary bioassay showed that some of compounds gave a fungicidal activity.
