摘要
目的观察髓内钉-抗螺旋刀片(PFNA)治疗老年性骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 2009年11月—2011年7月我科使用PFNA治疗股骨近端骨折的患者40例。男18例,女22例。同时给予抗骨质疏松药物治疗。结果术后随访6～16个月,平均12个月。39例患者末次随访时的Harris评分优18例,良17例,可3例,差1例,优良率为89.7%。结论 PFNA应用于老年骨质疏松性股骨近端骨折的治疗,同时应用抗骨质疏松药物治疗,可取得更加满意的疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of PFNA for the treatment of the osteoporotic femar proximal end fracture in the elderly. Methods From November, 2009 to July, 2011, 40 cases （ 18 males, 22females） of the osteoporotic femar proximal end fracture were treated with PFNA and anti - osteoporosis drugs. Results 39 cases were followed up from 6 months to 16 months with an average time of 12 months. According to the Harris criterion for evaluation, the results were excellent in 18 cases, good in 17 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case. The excellent and good rate wag 89.7%. Coulusion PFNA combined with anti -osteoporosis drugs might achieve better efficacy.
