摘要
目的探讨股骨近端空心钉锁定板联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年股骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用股骨近端空心钉锁定板联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年股骨近端骨折36例患者的临床资料。结果 36例病例均获得随访,随访3～24个月,骨折均一期愈合,无并发症发生,关节功能恢复较为满意,按照Harris功能评分,优23例,良10例,中2例,差1例,优良率为91.7%。结论采用股骨近端空心钉锁定板联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年股骨近端骨折,具有手术操作简便、损伤小、固定牢靠,可促进骨愈合、降低并发症,术后功能恢复良好,是治疗老年股骨近端骨折及伴有不同程度骨质疏松的理想方法。
Objective To investigate the proximal femur hollow nail locking plate internal fixation combined with salmon calcitonin in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of the proximal femur hollow nail locking plate internal fixation combined with salmon calcitonin in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures in the elderly 36 cases of clinical data. Results Iin 36 cases, 36 cases were followed up for 3 24 months, after fixation of fracture in primary healing, no complications occurred, joint function recovery was satisfactory, in accordance with the Harris function score, and in 23 cases, good in 10 cases, in 2 cases, poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 91.7%. Conclusion Tthe use of proximal femoral locking plate combined with hollow screws of salmon calcitonin in treatment of proximal femoral fractures in the elderly with simple operation, operation, little injury, reliable fixation, can promote bone healing, reduce complications, postoperative functional recovery, is the treatment of proximal femoral fractures in the elderly with osteoporosis of different degrees and ideal method.
