摘要
目的寻找新时期医药商业贿赂的治理对策。方法分析新时期医药商业贿赂的新特点和查处时存在的困难、障碍;有针对性地提出治理对策。结果与结论采取多部门协作、加大处罚力度、完善监督立法、加强医生处方行为的控制、充实监管队伍等措施,对于医药商业贿赂的治理具有积极意义。
Objective To find out the manage countermeasures of medicine commercial bribery in new phase.Methods Analyze the new features of medicine commercial bribery and find out the obstacle reasons of investigation.Propose some reasonable manage countermeasures.Results and Conclusion Paying more attention to the cooperation of departments,giving a very serious punishment,amending the law,supervising doctor＇s prescription and making the management team more professional,which can obtain good effect in the fighting.
