摘要
基层医疗卫生工作直接服务于广大城乡居民,是守护人民群众身体健康的“第一道关口”。党的十九大以来,党中央把人民健康放在优先发展战略地位,全面推进健康中国建设,基层医疗卫生事业发展机遇和挑战并存。加强基层医疗领域职务犯罪问题治理研究,持续提高基层医疗卫生服务质量和水平,是适应人民群众卫生健康需求的重要保障,也有助于促进基层医疗卫生事业更好更快发展。
Community-level medical and health care directly serves urban and rural residents,and is the gatekeeper for protecting people's health.Since the 19th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has given top priority to people's health and comprehensively promoted the building of a Healthy China.Community-level medical and health services face both opportunities and challenges.Strengthening research on the treatment of duty-related crimes in community-level medical services and continuously improving the quality and level of community-level medical and health services is an important guarantee to meet the public's health needs and help promote better and faster development of community-level medical and health services.
