摘要
科技型中小企业是我国最具活力和创新力企业的有机结合,不仅是我国科技事业的发展的重要支撑点和增长点,对全国增加就业、促进科技成果转化、产业结构升级调整等方面也作出了积极贡献。然而由于经济发展的外部环境及企业内部的自身情况不断变化,我国科技型中小企业的生存寿命很短,表现出企业成长性明显不足的特点。政府和企业应该从各自的角度积极调整相关政策和发展战略,以支持科技型中小企业更好地成长,为我国的经济作出新的贡献。
High-tech SMEs is the organic integration of the most advanced productive forces and the most innovative enterprise. It is not only the important strong and growth points of the development of science and technology in China, but also takes important function for increasing employment, promoting transformation of science and technology achievements, as well as upgrading and transition of industrial restructure. However, because the economic development of the external environment and the enterprise internal own situation have been changing, the survival of high-tech SMEs is very short. High-tech SMEs＇ growth presents the characteristics of obviously deficiencies. The government and enterprises should actively adjust the relevant policies and development strategy from the view of both respective, to support small and mid-sized enterprises better growth and make the new contribution for our economy .
