摘要
外部环境是中小型科技企业生存与成长的重要基础。首先,在运用生态学理论界定中小型科技企业外部环境内涵的基础上识别影响其成长的外部环境因子。然后,分析外部环境因子对其成长影响的作用机理,并以山东地区的中小型科技企业为样本,设计测量指标体系,运用结构方程方法构建中小型科技企业成长外部环境因素模型,从而为优化中小型科技企业成长的外部环境提供有益的启示。
External environment provides the survival foundation for the small and medium-sized technology enterprises. Firstly, the paper defines the external environment of small and medium-sized technology enterprises （SMTEs） in light of the ecological theory and identifies the environmental factors affecting the growth of these enterprises. We also explore the mechanism through which external environment affects the growth of such enterprises. SMTEs in Shandong Province are studied using constructed indexes and the external factors model for the growth of SMTEs. Our findings provide important policy implications in regard to the improvement of external environment for SMTEs.
