摘要
在实验室研究了MnOx 系列催化剂的干气选择氧化制乙烯的性能,考察了担载碱金属元素K、Li及不同Li盐对其性能的影响。结果表明,在800 ℃时, MnOx 担载LiCl的催化剂乙烷转化率为76.2% ,甲烷表观转化率为2.5% ,乙烯选择性为82.9% ,乙烯收率达65.2% ; MnOx 担载Li2 SO4 的催化剂乙烷转化率为81.9% ,乙烯选择性为72.5% ,乙烯收率为59.4% 。XRD结果表明,MnOx 系列催化剂反应前主要是Mn2O3 ,反应后全部或部分被还原成MnO。
A series of supported MnO x catalysts has been studied for selective oxidation of FCC dry gas to ethylene. The results showed that the conversion of ethane can be improved by support of Li or K on MnO x , if the MnO x supported by Li. LiCl/MnO x catalyst showed good performance for oxidation of FCC dry gas. Under the reaction temperature of 800 ℃, the conversion of methane and ethane was 2.5% and 76.2% respectively; the selectivity of ethylene was 82.9%; and the yield of ethylene was 65.2%. For Li 2SO 4/MnO x catalyst, the conversion of ethane was 81.9%; the selectivity and yield of ethylene was 72.5 % and 59.4% respectively. The XRD analysis displayed that the molecular formula of MnO x series catalysts before reaction was Mn 2O 3 and it was totally or partly reduced to MnO after reaction.
