摘要
介绍了炼厂气中氢气资源的合理利用。针对洛阳石油化工工程公司承担的50 dam^3/h装置原料中含氢气体如何更合理利用进行了比较。方案一是直接采用膜分离工艺把50%氢气从干气中先分离出来,再把剩下的气体作为制氢的原料;方案二是把含氢干气直接作为制氢原料,原料中的氢气从制氢的PSA单元一起分离出来。结果表明:方案二流程短,投资省,操作费用低,管理更方便,对有这种资源的炼油厂干气中氢气的利用提供了参考的选择。
The efficient utilization of hydrogen resources in refinery off-gas is described.Two process options for appropriate utilization of hydrogen in the feed-off gas of a 50 dam^3/h hydrogen generation in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co.,Ltd are compared.In option 1,the off-gas is fed to the hydrogen generation plant after 50%of hydrogen is removed from the off-gas by membrane process.In option 2,the hydrogencontaining off-gas is directly used as the feedstock of steam reforming and hydrogen in the feed o...
