摘要
本文讨论了芬兰实现教育公平、质量与发展的三条途径:(1)芬兰对全球教育改革运动(GERM)挑战的尝试性回应;(2)在经济与合作组织(OECD)的PISA评估中,芬兰作为一个成功的案例对同样的挑战给出了不同的回应;(3)芬兰教育政策、社会和文化等因素对教育成就的影响。
This presentation discusses three avenues to equity, quality and development: 1) a critical outline of the attempted GERM line of response to educational challenges in the past thirty years, 2) a differing response to the same challenges in the example of Finland as witnessed by her success in OECD PISA assessments, and 3)factors of Finnish education policy, society and culture at large affecting the current achievements.
