摘要
本研究借鉴了LibQUAL+图书馆服务质量的评价模式和评价方法,参考了国内几所高校图书馆利用此模型进行服务质量测评实证研究的经验,结合了北京师范大学图书馆教育分馆的实际情况,开展对读者服务质量满意度的调查工作。采用SPSS16.0统计软件对调查问卷进行统计分析,根据调查结果,了解图书馆目前读者服务的现状,找出服务中存在的问题并进行分析,提出针对性的改进策略与建议,便于今后更好地为读者服务。
This study drew on the evaluation models and assessment methods of LibQUAL+ service quality,with reference to several domestic University Libraries LibQUAL+ Service Quality Evaluation model of empirical research survey,based on status quo of BNU Branch Library of Education,carrying out the survey of readers' satisfaction on service quality.Based on SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey,the study revealed the status quo of readers' satisfaction on the library service,analyzed the problems and made related strategies and suggestions,in order to facilitate upgrade library service quality and provide readers with better service.
