摘要
尝试将微格教学方法运用到玻片标本制作实验的封片技能训练中,通过试验设计出可操作性和实用性较强的封片技能微格式训练评价表,确定了效果良好的组内3轮轮流训练的微格式训练模式。
With an attempt to offer intensive skill training, microteaching technique is applied to develop mounting skill in the course of slide specimen preparation. The microteaching evaluation forms suitable for mounting skill training due to its superior operability and practicality are worked out by experimental design. Taking three turns within group is proved to be a successful microteaching training mode.
