压力容器焊接质量的可靠检验,是确保压力容器产品质量和安全运行的重要环节,通过综述制造容器和在役容器不同的检验要求,对制造容器探伤比例的确定、探伤方法的选择和探伤的合格标准,对在役容器的检验重点和主要内容,对压力容器安全状况等级的划分问题,分别予以系统介绍。
The reliability inspection of weld quality on pressure vessels is an important joint for assuring the quality and operating safety of pressure vessels. By summarizing the different inspection requirements for the manufacturing and in - service pressure vessels, a systematic introduction is given to the determination of NDT frequency, selection of NDT method, quality acceptance standards for NDT for the manufacturing vessels, as well as to the important inspection points and main inspection activities for the in - service vessels. Safety classification of pressure vessels is also introduced.
