摘要
针对目前超声波探伤近距离缺陷定量技术一直沿用效率比较低下的当量试块比较法的问题。进行了一系列的相关试验研究和数学论证,提出了一种结合计算机专家系统来改善超声波探伤近距离缺陷定量的新方法。研究结果表明,设计的定量专家系统能够较为理想的改善超声波探伤近距离缺陷定量的精度,大大的提高工作效率。
To improve the low efficiency of the equivalent test piece comparison method for quantification of near flaw in UT method,based on a series of experiments and arithmetic reasoning made by us,we put forward one new method combined with computer expert system.As the result indicates,expert system which designed by us can improve the quantification precision to some extent and improve labor efficiency greatly.
