摘要
公民问责在建立责任政府中起着重要作用。营造公民问责的文化氛围,健全问责的相关制度与程序,增强问责的政策支持,是当前完善公民问责机制,构建中国特色责任政府的重要举措。
Civic accountability plays an important role in establishing a responsible government. The creation of the cultural atmosphere of civic accountability, the improvement of correlative systems, and the reinforcement of the policy support are the significant measures in improving the current civic accountability system and in building a responsible government with Chinese characteristics.
