When regional economy develops to a certain degree,economic activities breakthrough regional restrictions and spread out to regions with closer economic relation,and headquarters of enterprises and production links are separated gradually.Headquarters economy is a kind of innovation in regional economy and the necessary result of further development of regional economy.It can have a function of radiation and can play a leading role.On the other side,regional economy is the foundation for headquarters economy and can play a supporting role in it.
