摘要
对黑刺菝葜根茎中黄酮类成分进行了定性分析和定量测定。结果表明 ,在黑刺菝葜的根茎中含有黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、二氢黄酮醇等多种黄酮类化合物。并以芦丁为标样 ,用分光光度法测出总黄酮含量为 2 .2 3%。
Flavonoids in the roots of Smilax scobinicaulis are analysed qualitativel. It was found that the roots of Smilax scobinicaulis contains flavones,flavonol.flavanones flavanonol etc. Total flavonoids content was also deteminded to be 2.23% by spectrophotometic method using rutin as standard sample.
