摘要
通过对黄连中黄连素提取影响因素的研究,确定了黄连中黄连素的较佳的提取工艺:索氏提取法。提取的pH值环境为3-4,料液比为1:100,体积分数为55%的乙醇作为提取溶剂,黄连素的最高提取率可达11.39%。
The preferable extaction methods of berberine from coptis chinensis were confirmed by researching on the influencial factors of berberine extraction.The prior method was under the following conditions：soxhlet extracting,pH ambient condition was 3-4,the ratio of coptis chinensis and ethanol was 1：100,the content of ethanol was 55%.The best extraction yield was 11.39%.
