摘要
功能生物材料是指能主动对机体的理化或生理过程产生影响的活性生物材料,它由材料和材料所携带的活性功能成分构成。胶原材料是一种应用广泛的生物材料,而生长因子具有促进细胞增殖、迁移及分化的作用,所以经常被用来活化胶原材料。通过基因工程技术在生长因子上融合能特异结合胶原的胶原结合区(Collagen binding domain,CBD),制备出能与胶原材料特异结合的生长因子,将生长因子定向地锚定到胶原材料上形成功能胶原生物材料。不同组织损伤各有其特点,所以,根据损伤组织的特点,选用不同的形态和来源的胶原材料,同时制备出不同的带胶原结合区的生长因子。此类功能胶原生物材料促进组织再生的作用已经分别在大鼠皮肤、骨、肌肉、外周神经、中枢神经损伤模型中有针对性的进行了检验,结果表明,由胶原材料和带胶原结合区的生长因子所构成的功能胶原生物材料能够显著促进损伤组织再生,并有助于再生组织的功能恢复。
Functional biomaterials are the hio-active hiomalcrials which could have effects on the physiological prOCeSSeS. They we composed of hiomaterials aad the active functional components. Collagen is wide-used biomaterial. The growth factors have the effects of promoting cell proliferation migration and differentiation, and they are always used for activating tile collagen materials. By fusing the collagenbinding domain (CBD) to the growth factors growth factors which could specially hind to collagen are fabricated. These collagen- binding growth factors larger and hind to the collagen materials, which composing the functional collagen bilmaterials. There arc differcnt features of different tissue damage. According to diffcrent tissue damage, different type of collagen materials and growth factors should bc chosen. Ihcse functional collagen biomaterials were assessed in the rat models of skin injury, bone injury, muscle in.jury, peripheral nerve injury and cenlraI nerve injury. The results indicated that these functional collagen biomaterials which composed of collagen and collagen-binding growth factor could promote the regeneration of damaged tissue and the functional recovery.
