摘要
以耗散结构理论为研究视角,指出我国高职院校体育教师队伍建设的关键在于建立体育教师队伍系统的耗散结构。提出建立开放的高职院校体育教师队伍建设体系、建立学习型组织、系统优化高职院校体育教师队伍体系结构,充分调动体育教师的教学积极性等,是不断提高高职院校体育教师队伍素质的重要措施。
In view of the Dissipative Structure Theory,consider our college PE teachers team construction lies in establishing the dissipative structure of PE teachers system.The paper points out building open the universities PE teachers team construction system,building a learning-oriented organization,system optimization college PE teachers＇ team system structure,mobilizing the enthusiasm of teaching physical education teachers and so on,are continuously improve college PE teachers＇ team level of important measures.
