摘要
从系统论的角度对影响中超联赛市场秩序的因素进行研究,把中超联赛市场系统内部分为联赛市场主体要素和联赛市场客体要素。认为在联赛市场系统内主体要素的利益不协调,客体要素中各种法律法规不完善,联赛市场的管理手段以行政管理为主,制约联赛市场秩序性态的稳定。建议加强联赛市场主体的利益协调,提高联赛市场主体的伦理道德素质,完善联赛市场秩序的相关法律法规,规范联赛各种管理部门的关系与职责,并根据经济、政治、文化、社会环境的变化,实现联赛市场秩序的治理从国家主导型向国家与社会共同治理过程转变。
This paper studies the affecting factors of market order of the Chinese Football Association Super League from perspective of system science. The market system of the Chinese Football Association Super League is divided into subjective factors and objective factors. It argues that the interest of subjective elements is uncoordinated, object dements in the various laws and regulations are imperfect, and the management of super league adopts the main way of administration. All of above will affect stability of league market order. It suggests that we should strengthen interest coordination among the league market subjective body and improve morality of subjective body. The related department should perfect rules and regulations on league market order and standardize various league management relations and duties. According to the environmental change of economy, politics, culture and society, the models that we manage league market order will be achieved from main role of nation to role of nation joint to society.
