摘要
本文论述了干法生产中粉状热固性酚醛树脂的粒度对半金属摩擦材料的影响。实验结果表明:粒度较细的树脂粉末能均匀分散在材料中并得到较好的粘结效果;能提高摩擦材料的机械冲击强度以及摩擦材料性能;同时能降低树脂用量,降低产品成本而不影响材料性能。
Experiment results show that the phenolic resin powder with smaller size has better distribution in the friction materials and has better bonding effect. So the materials have better mechanical, friction and anti-wear properties. By this method, the amount of resin can be reduced, but the properties will not change.
