摘要 目的运用氢质子磁共振波谱(ProtonMagneticResonanceSpectroscopic,1HMRS)检测,探讨健康成人脑桥的代谢物浓度变化规律。方法 80个健康中国成人,年龄21到60岁,分成四组,每组包含20人,男10人,女10人。运用1HMRSPRESS序列进行扫描。结果从21到60岁总的NAA/Cr,NAA/Cr+Cho,Cho/Cr比值分别是2.13±0.07,1.23±0.09,0.81±0.06,和1.81±0.09。脑桥最高代谢物浓度是在41-50岁年龄组。脑桥代谢物浓度和年龄、性别没有相关性。结论健康成人脑桥的NAA/Cr,NAA/Cr+Cho,Cho/Cr比值和年龄、性别没有相关性。 Objective To determine the normal standard for metabolic ratios in the pons of healthy adult Chinese subjects by using proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1HMRS).Methods Eighty healthy Chinese subjects ranging from 21 to 60 years were divided into four groups,containing 20 subjects per decade.Pons of every subject was scanned on single-voxel 1HMRS by using the point-resolved proton spectroscopy sequence(PRESS).Results The total mean ratio of N-acetylasparate/creatine-phosphocreatine(NAA/Cr),NAA/Cr+Cho and Cho/Cr in subjects ranging from 21 to 60 years were 2.13±0.07,1.23±0.09,0.811±0.059 and 1.81±0.09,respectively.The highest metabolic ratio was seen in the 41-50 years group.There was no significant difference with respect to age or gender.Conclusions The ratios of NAA/Cr,NAA/Cr+Cho,Cho/Cr in the pons do not correlate with the age or gender of healthy subjects.
