摘要
患儿女,24d。面部、四肢水肿性红斑1周。临床表现为环状或半环状水肿性红斑皮损,血清学检查患儿及其母亲抗Ro/SSA抗体和抗La/SSB抗体均(+)。患儿心电图检查未发现先天性心脏传导阻滞。诊断:新生儿红斑狼疮。
A 24-day-old female infant presented with annular erylhema on her face and limbs. Anti-Ro/SS-A and anti- La/SS-B antibodies were founcl in the sera of the infant and her mother. Electro-cardiogram revealed no coragenital heart block. The diagnosis was Neonatal Lupus Erythematosus.
