摘要
新生儿红斑狼疮可发生于母体Ro／SSA和La／SSB抗体阳性的胎儿。母体尽管常被诊断为干燥综合征或者系统性红斑狼疮，但常常是无症状的。在妊娠期母体的自身抗体可通过胎盘输送给胎儿并使其产生病理性改变。新生儿狼疮综合征可表现为皮肤、肝脏和造血系统等多方面症状，这些症状都是暂时的，胎儿血液中自身抗体被清除后症状可消失，但是可能会产生先天性心脏传导阻滞的后遗症。
